Casa Colombia is a South America cuisine place in downtown Austin. Although a relatively small place, it packs a huge amount of flavor.
I got a Pabellon in my first visit.
Also got great feedback from my wife about the chuleta valluna.
Specially the home made tres leche cake. Hmmm.
Also they carry imported Presidente beer straight from Dominican Republic.
Engineering Food 
Sadly I came to notice last Friday, that the place has closed.
I was informed they are in the process of building a new place as they were basically kicked out when told the landlord. I’ll keep you guys updated.
